Millstone 100 Dutch Rye Whisky

Each batch of our Dutch Single Rye Whisky is meticulously handcrafted using 100% rye mash, slowly aged for a minimum of 100 months in new American oak casks. This lengthy and detailed process, including an 11-day fermentation, provides a complexity of flavor that sets Millstone apart. The result is a rich, full-bodied whisky with captivating notes of citrus fruit, spices, and delicate hints of honey, vanilla, and oak.

The nose has rich notes of citrus fruit and spices with delicate tones of honey combined with vanilla and oak. The taste is rich fruity, honey sweetness and delicate spicy notes and a long peppery vanilla and oak finish.
