Aged in bourbon and sherry casks, this pours lovely golden amber colour with rich aromas of dried fruit, caramel and vanilla; the palate is smooth with a luscious mouthfeel and deeper flavours of sultana raisins, apricots, honey and crisp apple notes that add freshness; the finish is balanced with notes of pepper and cocoa.
